Why HeliQore Exists
HeliQore started as a project in 2023 to make medical transcription easier and more effective for my wife. Since then, it has gone through many iterations and a lot of learning around speech-to-text models and text formatting to reach the point where I believe it can be used by professionals as one of the most accurate medical speech-to-text transcription tools on the market.
HeliQore is not about replacing medical transcriptionists with AI. It is about helping them work more productively and giving contractors the ability to earn more while working the same hours, or allowing medical transcription professionals to perform more high-value work. Medical transcription professionals are still expected to review all generated output.
