Security and privacy are product requirements, not brochure extras.

HeliQore is being built to support sensitive medical transcription workflows with strong operational controls, protected infrastructure, and compliance-aware design decisions.

How HeliQore Approaches Security

HeliQore is designed to support HIPAA-aligned safeguards, Australian Privacy Act obligations, and ongoing ISO 27001 program work. Any certification language should match the current state of the program.

What HeliQore Stores

HeliQore stores transcript output and job metadata needed to run the workflow securely. Audio files are handled through temporary private cloud storage during upload and processing, rather than being kept indefinitely as a permanent recording archive.

Customer data is not used to train HeliQore models. The current product implementation is designed around limited retention, with uploaded audio expiring after 30 days and temporary transcription or formatted output expiring after 1 day as a backstop.

That means the product is designed to minimise retained data while still giving transcriptionists access to the transcript they need, the job status they expect, and the billing or usage controls required to run the service safely.

Legal And Procurement Readiness

Public legal pages now cover privacy, website and service terms, and the current public subprocessor summary. Customers with additional procurement needs can contact HeliQore to discuss enterprise workflow requirements.
